Overview
Principles from Shanty drove a massive 12-month effort to reposition NTWRK as the preiminent livestream marketplace for rare and exclusive sneakers, streetwear, and collectible toys. The overhaul began with an internal reset that aimed to define the brand's DNA at the most foundational level - Mission, vision, consumer personas, and market position. Once these were established, a brand strategy was developed to super serve NTWRK's core audience through a slate of original content and community-based activations. To signal this change to their users and partners, Shanty led internal and external teams through a comprehensive rebrand that consisted of logo, visual language, tone of voice, UI/UX, and visual standards for photography and video. The result differentiated NTWRK from their competitors by offering an uncompromising experience that was both aspirational and approachable.
