When PacSun tapped us to overhaul their brand, we didn’t show up with a 200-page deck and buzzwords—we cut straight to what mattered. A new logo, a stripped-back color palette, and a clean design system that hit every touchpoint—from store signage to events to digital. The result? PacSun went from mall relic to modern contender, leaving its tired competitors in the dust. From there, we didn’t just stop at the facelift—we rebuilt their e-comm, rolled out full 360° campaigns, and launched a namesake brand that went on to become PacSun’s #1 revenue driver.
